Every Thursday, Ondara's traditional market fills the streets with stalls selling fresh fruit and vegetables, flowers, clothing, local produce and household goods, stretching towards the Prado and bringing the centre of town to life.

Our office sits right beside the market, so we know from experience...

It's fantastic if you fancy picking up fresh fruit for lunch.

Not quite so brilliant if you're hoping for plenty of daylight in the office!

Stay around afterwards and have a coffee, wander through the old streets or head towards the historic bullring. Market morning is one of those occasions when you see Ondara as it really is — busy, sociable and very Spanish.
